Pros

MetroNet provides clear pathways to learn materials that are necessary to perform your job to your best ability. As well, they have excellent and friendly staff that are nearly always available to help with a question you may have.

Cons

MetroNet requires relocation specifically for the job position that I am within. This may be a very large detractor to many as relocation is supposed to be quite often following the completion of training.

Great company, looking and working at provide quality service to it's customers and grow the business! Metro Net also provides a good benefits package for their full-time employees.

Cons

I've not seen any cons at this point. If you enjoy working with a small company feel and and high growth potential, it's great!
