Pros

MetroNet is a great place to work. Their pay is competitive, they have an excellent benefits package, and they offer work-life-balance. The HR department is very supportive and hands on. The President of the company has an open door policy and the company gives you the opportunity to think outside the box. Even though this is a corporate company it has a true family feel. They are all about hiring the best professionals that fit into the company culture!

Cons

I would like to see a quarterly bonus program set up for all employees.

Pros

Absolutely loved it their during my extended stay. I spent many years of my life there and would do it over again with a few minor changes... Most people are a joy to work with, others not so much. The job I had was rewarding, fulfilling, and challenging, just perfect. I wish I had it back, i really do. Benefits were grreeeaaaattttt, health, vision, 401k, the works. But let's continue to the Cons...

Cons

We wont discuss pay too much... but its the lower tier for everyone except management. HR was useless, unless you were management, if there was an issue nothing would go anywhere, she'd die on a vine. It was all about who you knew, managers hired in unqualified people because they were buddy/buddy or knew them from the old KDL/Norlight days. They want to grow, dont want to spend money where its needed, as certain department's run on a shoe string budget and are expect to turn butter into gold. Did I mention HR was just about useless? Side note, current management has/is running off all of the experienced talent. People leave bosses, not jobs, and these bosses (not leaders) are good at running people away.
