      Very welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is always willing to help. Positive Energy all around. Great Pay and Benefits Willing to work with you when needing time off.

      Pros

      There are many advantages to working at MetroNet. The first reason is the responsiveness of management to employees and to customers. The second is the positive, growth oriented, "can do" attitude of the employees of the various teams I've worked with. The third reason is that MetroNet has the best telecommunications system available in the market.

      Cons

      I haven't experienced many, if any, cons to working at MetroNet. It has been a positive experience overall.
