Positive work environment and reliable, generous coworkers. Great place to build experience and work your way up in the company.

Cons

Only offered part-time hours and part-time salary for full-time work load. Printers were not up to date for graphics and marketing department.

Pros

New opportunities for growth and career development compared to my previous organization which was acquired by Metronet.

Cons

Necessary changes to acquired departments can be a bit slower than desired due to the greater bureaucracy encountered with larger organizations and the integration process taking time, however our direct management upstream has been stellar compared to our previous organization.

Pros

Remote work is the carrot. The stick however isn't too painful. The willingness of upper management to engage with lower level workers is refreshing. The "Corporate Erin" talk isn't excessive, and people tend to be down to Earth.

Cons

Redundant meetings are hard to swallow. Meetings to talk about meetings is not very efficient.
