Pros

You have your own space and can decorate how you want. The attire is dress for your day, so most people dress very casually. Everyone is usually very nice and helpful. You're team is always available to help you with questions. Onboarding isn't as stressful here compared to other jobs.

Cons

You'll have to work 40 hours a week. You get paid biweekly. You need to be organized and be prepared for things to not go in exact order, it depends on when other teams get their work done, to be able to work on certain projects you have.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We're glad to hear you appreciate the work environment, casual attire, and supportive team. We understand the need for organization and flexibility in project work. Your suggestion for more team-building activities outside of work is valuable, and we'll consider it to foster a stronger sense of community.

Pros

I was able to work remotely in my position.

Cons

The residential and business marketing teams were separate and childishly feuded. My boss was neurotic and beyond stressed. Deadline applications were unrealistic. And as a whole, the company seemed to care more about profits than the customers they served.

Pros

Fully remote and hybrid schedules available after onboarding.

Cons

Many would mention pay as being subpar, for entry level positions. Performance metrics used for promotions and to determine raises, can be unfair and in some cases absolutely unattainable.
