Hard physical labor, close tracking of time management and efficiency, lack of spare time for using restroom, stopping for drinks, cleaning vehicle, etc. High expectations for good pay.

HR department isn't functional nor do they have any power to act. They have their employees feel out these reviews in a move to up their appearance. Management can act as they want will little fear of discipline. Low pay for several departments and constant acts that are questionable to save money.
