      Continuous Growth and Development Not Just In The Marketplace Also In Your Career

      Pros

      The continuous growth and development in position I am in has been more than want I imagined coming from industries that have around for a substantial time. Communications among departments, management, and the ownership has been very open since I have been here. Also the president of the company met with personally within my first two week of company just to get know me, that has never happen before.

      In a company growing a fast as Metronet, every day is exciting and challenging. Opportunity for growth within the company is just as fast! Leadership at Metronet rewards hard work and extra effort. It's fun to be part of a company that is going places!

      Rapid growth also brings with it growing pains. Depending on the type of person you are this can either drag you down or can get you excited about the opportunity to problem solve.
