      Pros

      -co-workers are alright - tons of company resources and benefits

      Cons

      - low pay - very disorganized when it comes to mergers, new product information, cross-department - an internet / voice company that has terrible outage information available to customers - tickets will go unanswered, longest I saw was 4 months and nobody said a thing, at one point I took it upon myself to do it but figured it was a waste of time

      Pros

      Great place to work with a growing company. Lots of team-building lunches and such, which is a nice surprise in this world of tight expenses. Smaller but more cross-functional group than I came from, but great opportunity for exposure/learning more. Everyone has been very welcoming.

      Cons

      Total compensation/benefits package is not as good as prior, but sooo much happier, so I can't complain. Was spoiled in prior and this package was better than others I looked into.
