      Pros

      Casual dress, fair pay, employee oriented, depending on the position you can work remotely sometimes. Free food often, free snacks all of the time. You can eat lunch at your desk and it counts as part of your 8 hour day. Employees in my dept. pitch in and help one another to complete all tasks and help to train new people. Some flexibility in the hours you work such as the start and end time.

      Cons

      Can be challenging at first as the jobs here are probably unique to anything else you may have done.
