Business Outlook
Pros
Good company, they are really try to focus on employees as much as the company and the business. They try to keep a good work life balance. My manager is really honest and straightforward. And everyone I have met since I started has been really nice and supportive. Makes me feel like I am apart of team not just working to get a pay check.
Cons
You won’t get a lot of over time if you’re looking for overtime unless they are under staffed. Have to drive far for new hire training.
