      Pros

      Very team oriented. Welcoming environment at my station. Evansville headquarter trainings was very informative.

      Cons

      Knowledge transfer is available, but existing experience helps propel new employees into their positions. On field training could be more direct. (some employees are good workers but not good teachers/traniners)
