      Metronet really values the people that work for them. Opinions and ideas are heard and listened to by all levels of leadership. The company strong promotes a healthy work/life balance.

      Cons

      The pay could be a bit more competitive although worth it for the flexibility.

      Pros

      I felt like part of the team on the first week. Management across departments shared what they are working on. The culture is focused on delivering a great customer experience, developing the employees and leading with and entrepreneurial spirit.

      Cons

      Have to enjoy fast paced work environment. Lots of change and new development. If you like that environment, a great place to work
