Incredible Culture, Great Work-Life Balance, and a Phenomenal Team Environment

Metropolis has been a fantastic company to grow with. The work-life balance is excellent, supported by flexible timings and a highly accommodating People's team. The culture—particularly in the Bangalore office—is phenomenal. There is a strong emphasis on team bonding, featuring frequent fun activities, team outings, and sports tournaments that make the workplace vibrant. I've had the pleasure of working with amazing, supportive colleagues on deeply engaging projects. My journey so far has been incredibly rewarding.
Cons
With the rapid growth of the team, the current office space is starting to feel a bit constrained. We occasionally face challenges securing meeting rooms as they tend to get occupied very quickly. Upgrading to a larger office space would easily solve this bottleneck.
