Decent pay, decent benefits, always stable work in the deli Very clean and comfortable work environment to work in Time off requests are very flexible able to accommodate

Cons

High turnover toxic co workers pay doesn't increase very much, lack of other employment opportunities within the company, say they prefer to hire within but do not follow through on that

-The benefits that come with joining the union with medicare, needs to stay 3 months to get them though. -Great people to work with and the time is portioned out nicely on a pay per hour -They have active training and your first day will be a full hands on training approach -The environment is open and bright so it doesn't feel so cramped inside, like stores without windows, ect.

Cons

Inconsistent times on your schedule depending on your position and it is dependent on other employees (may need to take over shifts if they're sick, on vacation, ect.) General things on that nature
