Always challenging, you do the same same over and over but is always a challenge. If you want to make a carrier and are willing to work hard and be available at any time you will go far here

Is hard when you start but if you pass the probation period you are good

Cons

Bad work schedules 1st few years,Unclean public, kids screaming, violence on occasions, Disrespect by Management, Union benefits steadily declining with each new contract.
