      Good Benefits. Decent Pay. Good coworkers.

      Cons

      Do yourself a favor and stay away. Not the place to work that it used to be. Management only wants to run trains faster and closer together. They leave no time for PROPER maintenance and act as if safety is priority one. Safety in the eyes of management is only hard hats and safety glasses -nothing else is important - not the riding public or MTA employees.
