      Pros

      Great medical/dental benefits and Tuition Reimbursement. Great co-workers who come to work, to work!

      Cons

      CAREER CHANGE. I’ve been working for the department for over 12 years with no issues, problems, complaints. The job offers tuition reimbursement AND supposedly internal applicants are looked upon first for job considerations but it’s frustrating that after over 20 applications submitted you do not even get 1 call for “interview practice”. Not to mention your resume never reaching a specific individual for a job. Makes you feel like certain individuals are trying to hold you back.

      Pros

      good pay ,good benefits, large assortment of jobs Go to work on time don't steal anything that don't belong to you. Learn to play golf, softball buy drinks.Learn to buy drinks, and protect your boss.

      Cons

      like working for politicians,cheats and lairs this a great place to be. If your thin sinned get some leathers.Ethics rare for show. these people are the real high paid politicians that work for the low paid politicians.

      Pros

      They have good health care and retirement packages. They also have good vacation and sickness days benefits which are acquired on a monthly basis. In addition to mandatory personal days. Most jobs are union which is a plus and have inexpensive monthly membership dues. The unions are very effective in cases of a disagreement with management.

      Cons

      Too many nosy people, lotta haters. The organization does not encourage team work nor, does it provide employee incentive programs. There have been a lot of cut backs and minimal raises.
