      Heads of halls are understanding of your status being a student and are pretty flexible. It can be a very rewarding job based on your interactions with residents.

      Cons

      Level of unpredictability in terms of an RA's experience. Depends on a lot of uncontrollable factors, such as the kinds of residents in your hall and how you get along with your team/head of hall.
