Pros

Flexible hours, good pay. Great opportunities for growth and contributions based on your strengths and weaknesses. Benefits superb for fulltime employees, including tuition waver for you and immediate family.

Cons

There is a lot of miscommunication and fear about the future of employment at Miami, especially concerning the workers of Housing Dining and Guest Services, making job outlook seem grim.

Pros

It is a better than average university. Oxford and the Cincinnati area are very nice, and especially friendly. The people at Miami, both faculty and staff are nice.

Cons

Students are VERY lazy, although they are very impressed with themselves and their own opinion of their intellect. Faculty not intellectually interested in the world, and possibly worse not all that interested in their own fields. Much of the teaching and research is viewed as a burden rather than doing enjoying it.
