      - Gain excellent leadership and communication skills - Develop numerous friendships and networking connections - Learn to work with diverse teams - Good wages for college student job - Great resume builder

      Cons

      - Sometimes long hours on the job - Some advisors don't know what they're doing, and are difficult to work with - Upper management tend to be hypocritical in their beliefs of inclusivity - May end up in a hall full of first-years which requires more work

      Some benifits to working at miami are: Great hours Time off Parental Leave Great benifits Low-Key managment/easy to work with fair-pay Fun student-staff Free tuition for self and family

      Cons

      The summers are pretty slow. Pay (while fair) could be better. 'Cultural' seminars you have to attend every year. Snobby Students.
