      Access to learning opportunities, support for faculty, excellent learning community. Great library, online tools; staff is friendly/helpful; access to IT help & other tools is easy/fast

      Somewhat homogenous student body; Oxford is a bit isolated

      Pros

      The state provides great retirement benefit, however loyalty now seems to be realized in one direction only, unlike days in the past.

      Cons

      The health benefits are declining like all other occupations. Thus, the baby boomer age is suffering because of the quantity of people in the workplace.
