Pros

The people you meet Flexibility on days/hours

Cons

Inability to work full-time (not sure if it has changed since) No benefits Bonus only went to top seller based on hours. It was completely unfair for someone working the allowed max hours vs someone that worked one day.

Pros

-Great clothing allotment -Great benefits -Holidays off -Make your own schedule

Cons

Honestly, this position is a joke. You are hired to make sales happen for Michael Kors inside Dillard’s and Macy’s, but you really can’t do anything because you don’t work for those companies. You are just another sales person. You are not taken seriously by anyone. Not to mention that the Store Managers at these department stores are A PAIN to work with! They feel and act like they are the president of the US. SO ENTITLED! Dillard’s is the worst. Employees get promoted to managers based on their time with the company and the sales they make, not their leadership skills. I literally heard a manager tell an employee to go “f” herself. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I hated every minute of being at that store.
