Pros

Some great store-level teammates who are doing their best despite the circumstances.

Cons

Cons: Leadership & Bias: The company and particularly the district management level is heavily influenced by favoritism. Many decisions aren't based on performance or data; they are arbitrary and subjective, creating a difficult environment to navigate. Toxic Corporate Strategy: A recent C-suite addition has shifted the strategy toward "squeezing" employees. Incentive goals have been intentionally moved out of reach to avoid payouts. Even more concerning is the apparent effort to push out experienced managers in favor of younger, less-experienced replacements who will accept significantly lower pay. This has absolutely decimated morale and created a toxic, "revolving door" culture. The "Identity Crisis": Leadership blames store teams for declining sales, refusing to acknowledge the reality: the brand is oversaturated and has lost its relevance in today's culture. Instead of innovating, the company is stuck in a perpetual identity crisis, churning out repetitive styles that are clearly just lower-quality copies of more influential brands. Management Blind Spots: There is a massive disconnect between the corporate office and the reality of the market. They are blaming the frontline for a failure of brand vision and product design. Devaluation of the Brand: The constant reliance on deep discounts and the emphasis on outlet merchandise is a race to the bottom. Management is teaching the customer never to pay full price and effectively cheapening the brand's image. Bottom Line: I cannot recommend working here. It’s a brand struggling for relevance that treats its most loyal employees as expendable overhead. I feel compelled to share my perspective regarding the company's current rating, as I believe there is a significant disconnect between our online presence and the actual, daily experience of employees on the floor. Having spoken with many colleagues across various store locations, the general sentiment regarding our work environment is far more critical than the aggregate score on this site would suggest. It is worth noting that the company appears to prioritize reputation management, often creating 'review drives' or actively soliciting feedback to boost their metrics. Because of these efforts, the current ratings feel curated rather than organic. For those considering joining the team, I highly recommend looking past the overall score and paying close attention to the specific, detailed comments from employees. The daily reality for many of us is quite different from the narrative presented through these incentivized efforts, and it is important for prospective candidates to have a full, unfiltered picture of the culture before making a decision.
