Pros

Decent pay and good employee discounts

Cons

Leadership with no vision. Absolutely zero communication within IT, no one understands why certain things are being done. Nobody questions the change due to the fear of being fired. The department is being run like a self owned business with no moral or ethics.

Pros

Creative Culture 30% Discount on top of sale & regular items Coworkers are some of the nicest people. Part-time get paid sick time Full-time get paid sick & Vacation time Store Managers & Assistant Store Managers get a yearly bonus.

Cons

Some store managers get paid very well, everyone else even full time department managers get a few dollars over minimum wage. No sense of care about store level employees from higher ups in corporate. That sick/vacation time you acquired, good luck trying to use it. No training at all, or no training past one video. Constant changing location of items, makes it harder for customer service employees to help customers.
