Great discounts. Lots of fun new crafts to try. Fun to talk to people about their hobbies.

Cons

Skeleton crew at all times. High theft.

I've worked a few retail places now, and Michaels is far from the worst. They are still a Retail job, but I often was able to feel heard by my managers and even enjoyed many customer interactions.

Cons

It's retail. It could get pretty hectic.
