Labor cut to seriously unmanageable levels. Stores open 90 hours with 50-70 hours of sales floor that is expected to pull and process 100-200 online orders and ship from store orders. Model SM schedule given during this “roll out” included clopens. Pay rate is unhirable. Opened a position and got 40 applicants but the rate is so low no one will show up to an interview. Additionally they’ve pumped goals so high this year Bonusing is impossible yet at the same time they are asking SMs to clopen and cover the gaps. It’s crazy. I don’t know an SM who isn’t open to a new job. They are definitely going to lower the pay rate. And none of this mentions how they wrecked the IT side of transportation last year so you, and them, never know what is on a truck or why your counts are trash.
