I'm a part of the big team that opened and worked at a brand new store. The main general manager is horrible and doesn't even try to act pleasant with her employees. We all put up with her behaviour for a long time, but eventually led to most of the original team quitting (including the ENTIRE custom framing team, all within a week) and when we had tried to speak to her/higher management about our feelings on how we were treated, they did absolutely nothing. Plus, we are all part time employees who barely get any hours to begin with, and it seems like they keep hiring new people and we only get 1-2 4hr shifts per week.
