Low hourly wages with little opportunity to advance Elimination of many full time positions Expect more out of employees with less Low morale at store level due to upper managements decisions Micro management to the point of absurdity at times( 5 Star, Temperature Control,Sam, etc. )

At each store, most of the employees are hard working mothers with families and we are made to choose between our families and our work families with this store of the future! The store of the future, is unbelievably short sighted and thought of by men who sit behind a desk, never have actually worked in a michaels store! Maybe they can take some of the 4billion dollars and pay there employees, instead of giving us pins!
