Pros

Benefits. It's a job. Small commute. Good places nearby to eat lunch. Not much more than that.

Cons

No accountability. No payroll to complete too many tasks. We are supposed to improve service with decreasing payroll and increasing tasks. If we don't complete all of the tasks in the unrealistic time frames, we are told that we aren't keeping up. Stores structure is task focused, yet management is held accountable for improving the service that the associates provide, while eliminating shifts. 71% of Audit is customer service based, yet nothing has changed to allow us to service the customers. When a member of management would like to address these concerns, they are told to just work and keep trying.
