Pros
If you love crafts and showing people who to craft, then this is the place to work. You will always be inspired to do projects at home and will be excited to share them with customers.
Cons
You will never be able to move up. Ever. Even if you do a better job than someone who is already in that position, you will never get the opportunity to show anyone what you are capable of doing in that position. Another con is pretty inevitable, but the customers suck. Crafty old ladies want to use their 40% coupons on items that are already 40% off. And then they catch attitude when you tell them.
