excessive multi tasking, not enough associates to close the store efficiently, no real benefits unless full time, given limited hours and hours given at inconvenient times

*Very low pay and low raises *The corporate workers keep changing their minds, making it hard to keep up at a store level. *Very high expectations, NO hours to get the work load done *Being a saleried mgr im expected to work on my days off and work 12 + hours a day to get the unrealistic goals done. I have no home life anymore. *New Store of the future thing makes it to where I dont want to advance to a store manager. They take away the saleried Assistant in EVERY store that isnt an A or B volume. Which by the way is very unfair to all of the assistants that have worked their way up the ladder. Now they want to cut our position and cut our pay. *The coupon policy, what a joke. Dont give out 8 different coupons and not let the customers use all of them. It's cruel. And the policy keeps changing but the costomers dont know that. Communicate the coupon policy to them in an email.
