      •⁠ Name on resume opens doors globally. •⁠ Flexible timings, better perks than many Indian firms. •⁠ ⁠Handful of solid peers who still push for data over drama.

      Cons

      The ugly option ⁠India marketing heads ego-driven AF. Decisions ignore market research, analytics – all about hierarchy and "my way." •⁠⁠ Independent thinkers? Sidelined or pushed out fast. Good resources in research/consumer insights are gone because they dared question BS. •⁠ Only yes-men survive/thrive. Echo chamber kills ideas and innovation. Constant priority flips, no psych safety = fatigue city. Result option Low morale, pointless attrition. HR is blind or complicit.

      Pros

      Annual compensation, colleagues are very nice and teamplayers, you can count on them.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between departments, no support from managers, system with low performance, not enough resources. Equipment cannot process big amount of data. Too much manual work. Analysis of what Oracle didn't booked after running processes and manually uplod them in Oracle.

      Industry leader with great products and brand, good team and management, very comprehensive training, a lot of opportunities internationally

      Cons

      Salary not the highest in industry, job opportunities probably need relocation depending on where you work, some things take a lot of time internally as in any big company
