Good Company, even Greater Brand name, but slow growth

1. The feeling of belonging to a humongous organization with incredible history and values. 2. a good platform to understand the how a big organization (especially a Product company) works. 3. A good exposure for international work and meeting international peoples. 4. A good platform to hone your skills (Leadership, Management skills,etc) 5. A lot of Opportunity for Foreign travel is your project/work domain requires
Cons
1. very slow growth 2. Your previous experience doesnt matter and will probably never be used. 3. Tech-wise the company is outdated and is not at par with other organizations or to the technologies which are normally used by big organizations (such as cloud computing, Android, Web, etc..) 4. Too much politics and sudden changes in organization structure and management team causes you to get confused with the companies direction. 5. HR department is worse than many organizations, even smaller companies than Michelin have better HRs. HRs in Michelin are just earning money with contributing nothing to the employees. 6. Michelin as Michelin India is not so much supportive for our 'Indianess'. The company expects us to work like French.
