      Stable job, stable salary, work hours 7-15 or 8-16, no one would force you to do overtime, fully respected rights of an employee

      French is the official corporate language, Conservative work environment, Extremely poor onboarding, Lack of professional training for new employees, Lack of fresh employees would make you feel not qualified for the job because everyone knows better (a lot of employees with experience 10-40+ years) Lack of professional introduction to corporate shortcuts Everyone would think you already know all documents and references
