Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

They give you vacation then after you use it they make you pay it back cause they say you haven’t earned it. Walk and stand in cement floors for 12 hours Lifting heavy block without automation assistance. Get lungs full of carbon black Get dirty and black everyday Low wages for the amount of work you do Place you in a work area and tell you that you have to stay there for 2 years

Pros

Michelin takes care of its employees. The pay is competitive and the benefits are good. The manufacturing work environment overall is good, though it can be demanding at times. Great people to work with.

Cons

Work/life balance is tough sometimes, get a lot of calls outside of work. Getting the necessary resources to do your job effectively is tough.
