Not really an adequate pay scale for management but you can pick up some shifts making tips, but you don't do the schedule or the hiring or the training as the manager. You don't do inventory, or actually manage anything. Your job is bussing tables and doing dishes and counting money but not everyone's money just certain ones because the other employees are exempt from rules. Family owned business. You don't stand a chance at happiness if you think for yourself in any way. If you just want to show up and be a 16 hr. Utility clerk, go for it.
