      Michels seems to attract high volumes of self motivated individuals. Because Michels is able to trust the employees they hire, there is a lot of flexibility afforded to salaried employees. Flexibility hours, flex shifts, pay. Plenty of opportunities to travel or not to travel.

      The work is not always the most entertaining or simplistic. You’re at the mercy of whatever quality bid documents were given to Michels by our customers
