      Benefits Package is one of the best

      Under Paid, Over Worked. They will keep adding to your plate and keep you at the same pay scale. Upper Management has their favorites and will listen to them over anyone else and not give you the time of day. This also goes for promotions as they will promote their favorite people and not the hard workers who get the job done. Also with the handling of Covid they expected you to go to work everyday but the favorites will be allowed to stay home and work and not be questioned about it.

      Good pay health coverage is the only benefit.

      Cons

      You may not work for months which means you don’t get paid. By the time you catch up from not working you are laid off again. Most of the work is out of state
