Pros

The benefits are wonderful - insurance, dental, vision, etc. Lots of PTO, recently adopted a parental leave policy (note its was NOT applicable to maternity leave).

Cons

Leadership is poor. Lots of bullying from the top.

Pros

Good pay and decent benefits. Managers vary in style from dept to dept but I did have a good manager. Gym and cafeteria on site.

Cons

Dysfunctional computer systems, lack of support when you need help, tend to hire immature people who would rather call off work frequently and go out of their way to get you in trouble than do their job, constantly changing procedures, complete lack of communication to the front line reps about new issues and changes.
