Pros
People were nice and mostly helpful. They are trying to be updated and forward thinking but seems to be some internal issues. Cafeteria is large building is large. Parking is easy.
Cons
Started out great then went sideways. I could tell it was a very controlled environment from the beginning, but it's a bank so that is understandable. Some people seem to be able to make things up to support their ego and not the team. Some favoritism and manipulation all to support their ego again. They put on my work record "misconduct" there was never any misconduct ever, maybe on their part but definitely not from myself. Leaders seem unaware of what is actually happening on the ground.
