      Poor management hurts what could be a great place to work

      Pros

      Decent compensation. Lots of nice people. Good benefits. Most people there really do care about the members. A lot of good attempts by employees to improve the culture and morale there.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance. High turnover. A few bad managers there and the extreme amount of micromanagement by the CEO, who tries to run all of the departments even when he knows no clue how some should be run, really hurt the culture, morale, and the overall quality of the place and its services.

      Pros

      I learned how to manage stress, dealing with irate customers.

      Cons

      No support from management, you cannot be an actual human with feelings, any complaint you make will be held against you, no accountability from management, too much fakeness upon managers, irate, rude, disrespectful and ignorant customers, constant entitled customers coming in 5 mins to close with outrageous, time-consuming requests, and lastly too much fraud at this credit union.

      training was good but not what it is like once you are in a branch, So don't let it fool you!

      Cons

      Very poor management, zero work life balance if you are at a in store. I am so disappointed in this place. i got let go because, 1. I wouldn't drink the kool aid. 2. Manager did not have a clue how to manage people or run systems. Worst work experience ever! PS, I am not disgruntle i already had another job lined up. go ahead and take the job but you have been warned
