Pros

You get a concierge that was okay.

Cons

You have to stand the entire day. It’s mandatory that you get an account there just to get your check deposited. It’s the lowest paid teller position I have ever worked. Other companies pay wayyyyyy more than what is paid here. The fees are ridiculous

Pros

The headquarters facilty is beautiful. There's a bowling alley, restaurant, and more.

Cons

The management structure is inconsistent, severely short-staffed, unreasonable work conditions. Expectations for new employees are high while training is extremely poor. Favoritism is loudly shown to certain employees by leaders. Leaders are not on the same page and often blame employees for their shortcomings.
