Pros

Great scheduling options with holidays and vacations. Doesn’t require much work outside of work.

Cons

No room for growth and not much compensation with pay. The profit share is not usually not much and there aren’t any bonuses throughout the year.

Pros

Having health insurance, and getting to learn about what goes on behind the scenes at a credit union.

Cons

"The promise" - a cult like speech everyone recites in unison at 815 every single day, we are told not to say it is cult like. The uniforms. This company boasts that is pays for the clothing you need to wear, and it DOES but there is a caveat. All of the clothes are wildly expensive so you can only get a few things with your allotment and you end up having to re-wear the two suits every week. The suits are uncomfortable and ugly. Management. Upper management is wildly unprofessional. From Managers all the way up to the CEO and the COO. Covid19. The handling of the virus is not taken seriously here. Upper management has joked in front of staff about the severity of the virus. No masks are enforced, no partitions for the employees behind the teller line, no six feet standing placement stickers on the floor. The employees were asked to clean the ATMs with paint stripper because management did not get any sanitizer. This is truly the most boring job. Tellers have nothing to do during the day, and fsrs spend most of the day cold calling for business. Playing music is forbidden in all of the branches. Most days are slow, and you are just sitting there in silence with nothing to do. Learn what you can from this job and move on. I would not advise staying more than six months.
