I learned how to manage stress, dealing with irate customers.

Cons

No support from management, you cannot be an actual human with feelings, any complaint you make will be held against you, no accountability from management, too much fakeness upon managers, irate, rude, disrespectful and ignorant customers, constant entitled customers coming in 5 mins to close with outrageous, time-consuming requests, and lastly too much fraud at this credit union.

There are some really wonderful people working there. There also is a toxic culture of hypocrisy.

Cons

FSRs make their branches successful, regardless of the quality of leadership. MI First is good are hiring good people. However, there are terrible leaders who are perceived as successful and revered when they happen to have employees who care.
