Pros

Decent benefits and good vacation time. Coworkers were great.

Cons

As a teller you have to stand all day long, no exceptions even if you’re pregnant or injured. They make you recite the promise everyday which makes you feel like you’re in a cult. Senior mamangement doesn’t care about any issues you have, don’t even bother complaining to anyone, it goes nowhere.

Pros

Higher Pay annual pay, benefits

Cons

As a salaried branch employee you must be prepared to work at least an hour past closing time minimum everyday and even longer on certain days of the month. Once you take the salary and divide your number of hours worked the pay is not a generous as it may appear. Work like balance is difficult for this reason. Also note lunches are not always possible as well.
