Benefits were cool . But when your fired if you received school assistance you'll have to pay them back

Cons

Basically fired me because I was pregnant and didn't receive accommodations because they did not want to especially it was crazy because I was a good employee and they knew that . They will not look out for you no matter what

Pros

Incentives are actually pretty good. Danielle in Best Upon Request was amazing. Benefits are excellent. Annual meetings with the CEO is an awesome idea.

Cons

Too many rules! Management(branch) does not actively support the development of staff. Have capable people within the branch that can fill openings but still hire outside candidates who don't respect the culture. The VP's are too involved in the selection of candidates for entry level positions. Wearing a suit doesn't make you professional relax and let staff wear polos during summer months.
