      Pros

      There is only a handful of good people there. Almost all of the competent ones have either been laid off or have jumped ship. Hopefully, you will encounter one or two of the few good ones that are left.

      Cons

      Working there has to be considered a sort term proposition, as the company has had combined loss ratios over 100% for the last four years. Layoffs have demoralized the remaining employees. Many have been reprimanded and written up recently, which is the harbinger of further layoffs and defections. Upper management is held in low regard, as it has done nothing to stem the loss of business or the high loss ratios.
