Pros

This job is very fun and rewarding; I love being surrounded by people who genuinely care about their work and can help me grow. Everyone is friendly and management is very supportive in the service department. You can tell that everyone gets along and there is plenty of room to grow in this position as I am consistently learning from my peers

Cons

Nothing really negative to say about the Tustin location, but small things like the 401k match being almost non-existent and corporate not really caring about retail workers too much (i.e. favoring the customer experience at the expense of the worker's time and pay). Although, that is something that is hard to come by and this company is definitely way better than most others out there

Customer Interaction, thorough checks needed, commission pay in addition to hourly pay, standing all day with miscellaneous tasks, a lot of responsibilities, working under pressure at times
