Pros

At a store level, more specifically at the Sharonville location, the people are amazing. I have truly found life long friends within the store. The job its self is easy, high standards to make good money but it is good money for a ridiculously easy job. You really just need to be able to speak to people, keep up with current tech, and honestly just be somewhat nerdy.

Cons

Unfortunately, the people at "home office" really just see employees as a number on a spreadsheet. which is sad considering as a company they do really well. Good people want to work at Micro Center so honestly I think they just get lucky with hiring. I will also say that Micro Center is a place that is easy to stay with... Again its easy decent money, However there really isn't any forward growth path in my opinion... I was asked to join management often, but management was a pay cut with more hours. Not worth it to me. Their tiers for growth are very limited. People who are high up within Micro Center tend to stay so no room opens up for upper management. The company is growing so maybe that will change, but if you aren't in management at the home office expect to be a number on a spreadsheet to them.
