Job quality varies greatly between stores, good managers have great stores while poor managers have poor stores

Reasonably good pay for semi-skilled retail, commission structure is decent and the company culture is straightforward and businesslike, not like the fake family messaging you see in most retail stores

Cons

Hours can be long and while commission is good, you'll spend much of your time each week cleaning and organizing which cuts into your sales time

Pros

Supportive team, and veterans/seniors are also great source for info.

Cons

The commissions pay is still based on an old "formula". Though, this is expected to change some time, eventually (unknown ETA). Supposedly is in the works.

Great opportunities to grow within the company They work with you and are flexible with scheduling Small discounts on products carried in store.

Cons

Having to work with customers who are having a bad day and no matter what you say to them they take it the wrong way
